When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the ‘Estimated Delivery Time’ as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from the “My Orders” section. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates

I have received damaged items

We are sorry you had to experience this. Click on the Account icon on the App homepage, Click on the “Orders” section, tap on the respective order & click ‘Return’. We follow no questions asked replacement policy.

Items are different from what I ordered

We are sorry you have had to experience this. To initiate a return of the wrong item, please log in to the App, tap the “My Orders” tab, select the order in question & tap on the ‘Return’ tab. We will resolve your concern on priority.

Items are missing from my order

We are sorry you had to experience this. We have in place the required checks to avoid exactly such an event. We request you to reach out to us immediately so that we can investigate the matter.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is out for delivery.

You can do so by clicking on the Account icon on the bottom of the App Home page > select “Orders” > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”. (Refer Image)

Or else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

There are multiple ways to get the Invoice.

As soon as your order is shipped an invoice copy is mailed to you on your registered mail id.

You can also download invoice from our official WhatsApp chat that we use to communicate with you about order status.

I want to modify my order

Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.

What is the shelf life of products being provided?

We ensure that the shelf life of the products being supplied by us is as long as possible. But, we insist you to go through the expiry details on the details section of the products before you place an order.
